Executive Coaching

Your capability was never the problem. How you’re experienced under pressure is.
The Power Edit is a three-month reset for capable women who are done proving competence and ready to be experienced as the leaders they already are. It closes the gap between how good you are and how you land when the stakes rise.
I suppress myself to preserve safety, approval, or connection — and then feel unseen, separate, and resentful.

The Recognition

You’re the person people turn to when it matters. Your work is trusted. And still:
  • You’re overlooked or under-titled despite doing senior-level work.
  • You go blank, rush, or over-explain the moment the stakes rise.
  • You’re seen as the safe pair of hands, not the strategic voice.
  • You’re stalled in front of a promotion you’ve already earned.
  • You’re exhausted from performing at 120% just to be taken seriously.
  • These look like different problems. A promotion problem, a confidence problem, a communication problem, a burnout problem. They’re not. They’re the same problem wearing different clothes.

    What's actually going on

You don’t lack confidence; in fact, there are many areas in your life when you can show up fully embodied and empowered, but there are consistent moments, meetings, and rooms where you lose access to it under pressure…and you don’t know how to fix it.
What slips when the room gets hard is your presence, and presence is what other people actually experience. There’s usually a quiet belief underneath it:
I suppress myself in certain environments to preserve safety, approval, or connection, and then feel unseen, separate, and resentful.
The work isn’t more motivational girlboss talk, and it isn’t becoming louder or more aggressive. This work is about repairing that internal authority leak, so your presence holds in the rooms that matter, and your voice lands without force.

    What changes

Women who do this work tend to describe the same shift: they speak in senior rooms with more clarity, their body stays steady under pressure, curve balls stop throwing them, and they’re finally experienced as a strategic voice rather than a reliable doer, without performing or becoming someone they’re not.

    Who it's for

Capable women across tech, product, engineering, data and AI, design, and other professional fields who are brilliant at the work and not yet being experienced as the leaders they are.
